Our Commitment
Every AstralWhere piece is produced to order, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or change of mind. Please review our size guide before ordering.

Defects, Damage & Wrong Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@astralwhere.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a free reprint or full refund — no need to send the item back.

Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned without prior approval
- Sale items and gift cards
- Items not in their original condition

Refunds
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't seen it, contact us at info@astralwhere.com.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging. Contact us at info@astralwhere.com to initiate.
