At Astral Where, we want you to love your clothing. If you’re not completely satisfied, this Return Policy explains how you can return or exchange your order. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility for Returns
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery from the date shown on your shipping confirmation.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags intact.
  • Only items purchased directly from the Astral Where official website are eligible for returns.
  • Sale, promotional, or gift card purchases may have special return conditions; please check at checkout.
Items Not Eligible for Return
  • Used or worn clothing.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.
  • Gift cards or digital downloads.
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return
  1. Contact Astral Where support at info@astralwhere.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, item name, and reason for return.
  3. Our team will provide instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  4. Returns sent without an RA number may not be processed.
Shipping for Returns
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect, damaged product, or incorrect shipment.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the package arrives safely.
  • Astral Where is not responsible for lost or delayed packages during the return process.
Refunds
  • Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if paid at purchase) are non-refundable, except when we shipped the wrong item.
  • Refunds may take longer depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
  • Exchanges are processed as a return and a new order.
  • Contact support to confirm availability of the desired item before shipping your original item.
  • Any price difference between original and new items will be applied during the exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at info@astralwhere.com.
  • Include photos and a description of the issue.
  • We will provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
International Customers
  • Currently, Astral Where does not ship internationally, so this return policy applies only to US orders.
  • Future international shipping policies, including returns, will be communicated on our website.
